your contact information changes and needs to be updated.

your appearance changes. It is extremely important
that we keep your database images current;
Images should be updated every 6 to 9 months. |

Respond as quickly as possible by phone to any voice or
e-mail messages we leave you. A short response time is
very important because photo shoots tend to come up on short
notice. |

Arrive on time if you have agreed to attend a casting call. |

Arrive 15 minutes early if you have agreed to accept a confirmed
booking. Most photo shoots involve 8 to 10 people in
addition to the models(s). Time is money and if anyone is late then
money is wasted. Please be sure to take the time BEFORE the
shoot to insure you know where you are going, how long it takes
to get there, or if you will need extra time to find parking. |

Behave professionally when you are at a casting call or photo
shoot. Do not touch anything at a photo studio that isn’t
yours, unless you ask permission first. Items that seem ordinary
may be of crucial importance. |

Use cell phones sparingly (almost never), especially when
you are waiting for hair and make-up or wardrobe. There can
be a lot of standing around during shoots, but make sure that
you will not be needed any time soon before you make a call,
and NEVER make anyone wait for you for any reason. |

Self promoting of any kind at castings or bookings is STRICTLY
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES! |

Never sign anything at a photo shoot without checking with
REAL TALENT first. Also, if you have a problem of any
kind while on a job, call us and we will handle the situation
for you. Never hesitate to ask questions.

| You Can Expect Us To: |

Provide you with accurate information in a timely manner
when and if you are requested for a casting call or booking. |
| » |
Work only with legitimate professional photographers and
clients, or their agencies. |
| » |
Provide and process all paperwork required to execute your
participation in an advertising photo shoot, and disburse a
check to you within five (5) working days of the date that
REAL TALENT receives full payment from the client, typically
30-90 days. |

Operate as
a licensed and
Equal Opportunity Talent Agency. |
| » |
Operate as talent advocate and handle any problems or questions
that may arise for talent during a photo shoot. |

Please note:
|
| Your participation as a model in a confirmed booking
does not guarantee that your image ultimately will be
reproduced in advertising print media. Such final
decisions are solely at the discretion of the client.
Similarly, if your image is reproduced in final advertising
print media, it will be your responsibility as talent
to obtain a copy of the materials, called a tear sheet,
if you would like one. Sometimes due to circumstances
beyond the control of clients, it may not be possible
for them to obtain a tear sheet for you.
